Really ZERO stars. So frustrating trying to place an order. Never call back or give an update. Have been working on trying to fill an order since October 2017. Keep changing what they need. Know the issue is that I am now on Medicare. But they should be the ones to help me through this. They do it every day. I don't. Going to start looking for another company to use. Also will contact Medicare that they should end their relationship with Apria.

This walk-in location is awesome. I walked in and explained that it was already pre-approved with the paperwork I had sent in earlier. Someone spoke to me right away and they were able to fit me in so I could try a new model. Since I let too much time by since the insurance approval, they had to issue to the claim again. In the meantime they were able to find a loaner for me, which is awesome. They didn't have to do that! I know telephone customer service can be difficult due to the reviews below as I had experienced. This office location is awesome! If you have a problem just go over there and they will be more than happy to help you.
